Hello,
I need to create a chart that is linked to a different file. But there is a problem when I try to put in the category X label or values from the orginal file because of the 255 limit. I have shortened the name of the file and the worksheet as much as possible. I have to create 12 columns on the chart and the most I can get is 4 or 6 columns. Any help would be appreciated |

Could you describe a little more clearly what you want to do, and what
you are limited to doing? We don't know which of the 255 limits you might be referring to. - Jon ------- Jon Peltier, Microsoft Excel MVP Peltier Technical Services Tutorials and Custom Solutions http://PeltierTech.com/ _______ Matthew C wrote: Hello, I need to create a chart that is linked to a different file.
