Default My printing firm cannot print colors

Is it true that commercial printing firms cannot print excel colours other
than in low resolution?
They say is is a problem with Microsoft colours. I have tried sending the
charts as PDF files but this does not resolve the problem. Is there a way
around this?

Have you tried more than one printing house? I've never heard of this,
and some of my clients take graphics I produce and drop them into
publications heading for fancy printing shops.
