Default Secondary Axis

How to change where the category (x) axis crosses the value (y) in secondary
axis.
There are 2 chart type (bar and line) in the same chart:
Primary axis: Bar chart
Secondary axis: Line chart

You can change where the primary X axis crosses the primary Y axis, and where the
secondary X axis crosses the secondary Y axis, through the Scale tab while
formatting the respective Y axes. To make the primary X axis cross at a given place
on the secondary Y axis, you need to adjust the scales of the primary and secondary
Y axes together until they cross where you want.
