I have a chart that has 3 data series. 2 are related to percentages and are
tied to the primary axis. The third series is a whole number, and tied to the secondard axis. it has always displayed properly. For some reason the data tied to the secondary axis is "clumping". That is, all 17 data points are displaying before the second category tick. The first 2 series' data is displaying just fine. What have i done wrong? |

Check the settings on the secondary axis (right-click axis and select Format
Axis). Are the Minimum and Maximum values appropriate? I'm guessing that your max is way too high since the values are clumping before the second tick. -- Rob Powered by Creative Laziness "Mike" wrote: I have a chart that has 3 data series. 2 are related to percentages and are tied to the primary axis. All three are line charts.
I noticed that although all three series referenced the same column of dates, for the the third the dates looked "different" within the select data dialog box. i tried making sure the dates were all formatted the same, no affect. i finally changed the dates (just months and years) to text entries (added a apotrophe) and the chart displays fine. My issue is with the dates somehow. Again, this chart displayed fine last month. Thoughts? Thanks for your help. Make sure you are using exactly the same date range for all three series.
Make sure there is a secondary Y axis but not a secondary X axis. - Jon ------- Jon Peltier Peltier Technical Services, Inc. http://peltiertech.com/ Mike wrote: All three are line charts.
