Default How to do a graph

I am trying to put various info into a graph and am not sure how to do it. I
need to put various times, dates and have them show up under two different
groups. Any idea how I do this.

Start by visiting this site

Then come back giving us some sample data: what do you want on the x-axis,
what on the y-axis
What type of chart
