I've created a pamphlet template of sorts in excel that sources a dataset.
I'll be updating the dataset every 7 1/2 weeks to create a pamphlet for a number of different campuses. I have certain graphs and charts in the template that have zero counts/percentages that I'd like to "hide". For example, I have a list of the number of students by program in one table. Some campuses don't have certain programs, so they're showing up with zero values. I'd like them to be hidden to decrease the clutter in the table....I only want the programs with students in them to be listed. I have the same issue with several graphs. I'm working in Excel 2007. |
