Default conditional formatting of columns in a column chart

Question
I have 2 data points for every store across 2 qtrs.

E.g:

Store Qtr1 Qtr 2
StoreX 2.5 5
StoreY 4.6 3.8
StoreZ 3.3 2.9

I want a column graph with the condition that if the Qtr 2 score is higher
than Qtr 1, then the column should be green in color and if it is lower than
Qtr 1, then it should be red in color. I will be having a different chart
for each store.

How can i do this?

Nikhil
