I am looking for instructions for how to create a horizontal bullet graph
that does not involve a paste picture link. I pasted some great links below
for creating bullet graphs.

In the 1st link I am getting hung up around Part C - Add the Target Marker
Data Series when I am trying to create the horizontal bullet chart. If you
have any thoughts about how to bypass that Id love to know.

The 2nd link includes instructions on how to make a vertical bullet chart
horizontal with the paste picture link command, but I don't like how that is
turning out so I want to find an alternative to that approach.
