Default extracting comments in a cell and making these part of the Chart .

I would like to extract comments in a which I have added in a cell and
making these comments part of the Chart Title

Charles,

Click once on the title of the chart. Next, go to the formula bar and type
"=". Finally, click on the cell reference that you want to show in the title
and hit the Enter key.
