Default How to make a break in chart scale?

Does anyone know how to make a break in chart scale?
I am using excel 2007 right now.

Most of numbers are 90-120 and i have only one number that is 10.

so I want to have detailed graph of 90-120 using line graph and make a break
so that I can also show 10.

That will have been before Excel 2007, but hopefully a similar technique
