Default gantt format

I have excel 2007 (sorry for the previous mispost)
I have the following table
Estimated
Start Date Duration Staff Staff 2
JOB 1 5/1/2009 29 Bob Dan
JOB 2 5/1/2009 60 Jeff Denise
JOB 3 5/15/2009 61 Ben Dan
JOB 4 5/15/2009 61 Jeff Paul

I succeeded in making a gantt for the first three columns. Is there a way
to have different colors for different people to indicate they are doing the
same job? So I can still go off the one table instead of having one graph
for each person? AND have the just the one listing for each job instead of
having Job 1 repeated for each persons entry?

Thanks, K
