Default Labeling contour lines?

Hello,

I am trying to label my surface and contour plots. I would like to label the
isolines in the plot, so my students more clearly see what I am talking
about. I am plotting areas (on the vertical axis) versus bar size on the
y-axis (depth axis) versus number of bars on the x-axis (horizontal axis).
I've found the comments on how to remove the 3D shading helpful, and I have
changed the chart style to show all of the lines. My question is how to label
these lines (e.g., As = 1 in2, As = 2 in2, etc.)?

Thanks!

Kristen
