Default Data tabels with charts

How do I include 6 rows of data in the table and only 3 of those rows in the
chart?

Hi,

You have very little control in the chart so it's probably best to use the
spreadsheet as the data table, that is put the spreadsheet data you want to
chart directly below the chart and don't at a data table to the chart, then
print them as a unit by select the range that includes the chart and the data.

Hide the rows in the spreadsheet that you don't want displayed as part of
the data table (in the spreadsheet). Then select the chart and choose Tools,
Options, Chart and uncheck Plot visible cells only.
