Default Arithmetic scale in charts

Hi, I'm having some trouble by changing the scale of a vertical axis into an
arithmetic scale, I don't know if it is possible on excel...I have tried a
lot of ways but none of then worked.
To simplify, here what I want to do:
Change the scale of a chart from
1, 2, 3, ......10
or
5, 10, 15, .....100
To a scale that goes like this
1, 2, 5, 10, 16, 20,............99,9 (it's on percents)
Thanks in advance.
