Default Joining up data points

I have six known data points at 0%, 9%, 10%, 11%, 12% and 13%. I want to try
and work out what the result will be for 1%, 2% etc up to 8%.

I have drawn a graph and effectively just want to join 0% to 9% but it won't
do that, i have looked at the formulae like growth, trend, forecast etc but i
can't seem to make them work.

Please can anyone help me and if it is one of these formulae i need, please
can you help me with exactly how to use it, as i haven't managed it with the
MS Help yet.

Thanks
