Nope that didn't work. The graphs still move. And what is weird, some of
the graphs move and others don't. Like I said it worked in Excel 2003 but in 2007 it doesn't. Any other ideas? Rich "Shane Devenshire" wrote: Hi Rich, I can't test this with the Send to Mail Recipient but you can. 1. Select the chart 2. Choose Chart Tools, Format and click the quick launch button in the Size group. 3. Choose the Properties tab and turn on Don't move or size with cells. See if this helps. Cheers, Shane Devenshire Microsoft Excel MVP "Rich" wrote in message ... I having some trouble with Excel 2007 when I use the 'Send to Mail Recipient'. The charts that are created in the worksheet move from their position and cover other areas of the report when I use the Send to Mail Recipient. Is there a better way to send the report to someone in email form as apposed to an attachment that will keep the report looking as it should? I know it works good when saving as a HTML but this I am unable to send it in an email. This seems to be a problem with Excel 2007 as it was working just fine in Excel 2003. Any information on this to help me send the report embedded in the email would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Rich |
