Default Change base of bar chart

I have a bar chart. It's a standard little bar chart.

The bar chart's base starts at 0 zero. What if I wanted to change the
0 to some other number, like 100 so that values less than 100 would
fall below the baseline?

Is this doable?

Thanks!

I presume you want to change the minimum on the Y axis. Double click the
axis, and on the Scale tab, enter the changes you need.
