Default Is it possible to copy all formatting from one chart to another?

Copy one chart, select the other, and from the Edit menu, choose Paste
Special, and select the Formats option.

Note that among the formats are the actual text of the chart and axis titles
and data labels. I would have considered these items data, not formatting,
but then, I don't work for Microsoft.
