Default "Standard" Line

Dearest Wizards,

I'm making the typical performance vertical bar graph for the boss. The
company has an expected performance 'standard' that I would to show as a
horizontal line across the graph that I can put in at a level of my choosing.

Suggestions?

TIA
Sam
