I have a pivot chart I'd like to create which shows as follows (creating in
'07, but will be used on XP, to the extent that matters...can create on XP if that is the only way to do it): the information is for a particular sales rep (page field) for the rep there is by product, by state sales data for 2 years (06 and 07) the graph needs to have amount on y axis, products as categories along x-axis (named products, so no numbering) and stacked columns of the amounts per state of each product additionally, the 2 years need to be side by side columns (with this state stacking in each column) per product. Anyone know how to build this in sequence? I know there are ways to modify existing graphs to be combination graphs, but I cannot figure this one out. Additionally, I am afraid that the pivot refresh will throw it back to being a standard graph (which I've seen pivots do in the past), but I'll deal with that issue if it comes up, maybe with a macro that just builds the graph in whatever sequence someone can provide. Thanks in advance. I know this may be a challenging one, but I'm stuck -- Boris |
