Default Mix chart types

I have a data set that includes Actual and two versions of a Budget. Is
there a way to have the Actual as a clustered column, and the Budgets as a
stacked Column?

Try one of the examples on this page:

Keep in mind that the unstacked column is really the same as a value stacked
with a zero.
