Hello.
I'm using Excel 2007. I have a chart based off of a series of values. When I hide those values the chart disappears. I don't want that. I know in 2003 there was an option to allow you to plot hidden cells but I can't find it in 2007. Does anyone know where that option is? Thanks. -- Jeff |

Click chart
Click the Design tab on the Ribbon Go to the Data group; click Select Data In the dialog box, click the button in lower left corner "Hidden and Empty Cells" In the next dialog box, click the box "Show data in hidden rows and columns" OK out of this best wishes -- Bernard V Liengme www.stfx.ca/people/bliengme remove caps from email "Jeff Reese" wrote in message ... Hi,
Select the chart and from the context tab click Design Data group Select Data On the select data source dialog is a button, Hidden and empty cells. On this dialog box is the Show data in hidden rows and columns. Cheers Andy -- Andy Pope, Microsoft MVP - Excel http://www.andypope.info "Jeff Reese" wrote in message ... Hello. I'm using Excel 2007.
