How do I do cluster analysis in Excel 2003?

am wondering if there is a way to do cluster analysis with any of the items

Rosie -

The Analysis ToolPak add-in that comes with Excel does not include cluster
analysis.

That's why you will need to search Google for a third-party Excel add-in.

Or, instead of using Excel, use a statistical package like Minitab or SPSS.
