6810 1 58.00%
7610 1 88.80%

Eliminate the gap between the header and the data, like so:

Line Week BTS
6600 1 86.67%
6810 1 58.00%
7610 1 88.80%

Then, with the cursor cell placed somewhere in the data range, start the
Pivot Chart wizard, and follow the instructions.

Default Basic Chart

Del,
I put the space in there for clarity on this post.... I'm leaning toward
having a group for each distinct line and creating a new data series for
each. I'm honing in on a horizontal bar chart. I appreciate your help.

I think you're going the right way. My pivot charts (or pivot table then
chart wizard, for those like me at home who lack a version of Excel more
recent than 97) was just a quick way of doing what you say, creating a
column or row for each line. Doing the same thing by hand is also
feasible, so that instead of:

Line Week BTS
6600 1 86.67%
6810 1 58.00%
6600 2 88.29%
6810 2 83.75%

You have

1 2
6600 1 86.67% 88.29%
6810 1 58.00% 83.75%
