Eliminate the gap between the header and the data, like so:

Line Week BTS
6600 1 86.67%
6810 1 58.00%
7610 1 88.80%

Then, with the cursor cell placed somewhere in the data range, start the
Pivot Chart wizard, and follow the instructions.
