Default Adjusting the y axes on 2-axes line graphs

I just created a double y-axes line graph that shows Production (Y1) and
Costs (Y2) v. Months (X). I'm trying to make both y axes cross the x-axis at
0 but somehow only the Primary axis does that, leaving the Secondary axis
cutting at a point other than 0. I'm plotting only positive production values
and the cost axis has both positive and negative values.

I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

aqua -

The procedure is the same for each of the vertical axes, whether it's
primary or secondary.

Select the vertical axis, choose Format Axis | Scale and specify the same
value (in your case, zero) for "Minimum" and for "Value (X) axis Crosses
at."

If the chart only has a primary X axis and no secondary X axis, this has no
effect on the secondary Y axis crossing point. And then you need to adjust
the Y axis min and max so that the X axes coincide.

You need to juggle your axes manually or using VBA:
