Default Superimposing graphs

I'm trying to create a bar chart with a line on it.

Tm SV SP DV DP Rate
1 8606 17565 1581 1769 94.60%
2 9118 17941 3241 2863 85.00%
3 9056 23163 5540 4916 94.20%
4 10307 50435 6393 7935 90.80%

Tm will be x-axis
SV,SP,DV,DP will be bars
Rate will be a line across top of bars

Here is what I tried. Created bar chart, next selected 'rate' and changed to
line type chart. Problem is because it is percentage and very low the line
is at the bottom of the chart riding the x-axis.
I would like to have a line of data points over the bars to represent the
rate(percentages).
