I am trying to create a graphical representation of people's
availability over the coming months. I have 7 people, available for varying numbers of hours each month and details of their current commitments and, by calculation, the shortfall/remaining availability Jan Feb Mar Apr Joe Avail 154 140 154 143 Joe Work 100 165 135 150 Joe Free 54 -25 19 -7 Tom Avail Tom Work Tom Free Kim Avail Kim Work Kim Free .. .. .. .. .. What I would like to create is a chart, showing the Availability in a single bar with the Work and Free (or not) stacked alongside for each person for Jan, then for Feb, then for Mar, then for Apr. If at all possible, with their names as a label, if not then in the legend will do. Can someone point me in the right direction please. I've looked at the suggestion on Stephen Bullen's site (FunChrt4) but couldn't get it to work as I am describing above. Thanks in advance for any help provided Regards Fred |

One reason it might not be working is that you haven't adjusted your data.
You have to stagger the data so the Avail don't stack on the Work and Free points and vice versa. - Jon ------- Jon Peltier, Microsoft Excel MVP Tutorials and Custom Solutions http://PeltierTech.com _______ "Fred" wrote in message oups.com...
