I am currently using Excel 97, which has been great. I have been requested
to change a chart that has been created. The chart is a bar chart and has a secondary access. So on side is the number of people and the other side is a percentage of attendance. So here is a sample of the data Total people 100 Total attended 50 So the percentage would be 50 % I have no problem creating a chart like this. Now what I would like to do is to break out the total attended by three categories. So the spreedsheet would look like this. Total people 100 number from one county 13 number from second county 35 number from third county 2 So the overall numbers would stay the same. Now what I would like to do is to create a chart that is part bar and part stacked. So the series of total people would be a bar chart, and the series for each county would be a stacked chart, on the same chart side by side. I will attempt to draw what I am talking about it with lines below _____ | | | | | |____ | || | | |------ | || | | || | | |------ | || | | || | -------------- I hope this helps you give you the idea. I don't know if it can even be done. Please let me know what I can do. Thanks Terry |

Jon, thanks for the information. I will have to continue to make it work.
It will be interesting because I have a percentage as a secondary axis, but I think I can do it. Thank again.
