Default I have a bar chart and i want to horizontaly align the datalabel

Select a label by clicking the label twice, pausing briefly between each click.
Then drag the label where you want it.

The free 'Chart Data Labels' Excel add-in will position labels as well as
let you use text from worksheet cells as label captions. Download from ...
