Default Time

I have a column that has numbers that specify time, however, they are only
listed as (8, 60, 125, etc). I would like them to represent hours/minutes,
but can't get it to work using the 'format cells'.

After I get these to change in to hours/minutes I would like to make a chart
from the source data that shows intervals (<5 minutes, 5-9 minutes...). I
have time columns in a number of tabs (each tab represents a different month)
on the same worksheet and would like to make one chart.

After that, I would like to take all the tickets that took over 60 minutes
to finish and put them into a different tab so i can further break them down.

This is turnging into one big mess. Please advise. Thanks!
