Default could I have dual scales on the same axis

All:

I's trying to three lines on the same axis. However one of the lines has
enormous values while the others are relatively small. Is there anyway to
have dual scales on the same axis?

It's not too hard if you don't mind faking it:

One way:
http://peltiertech.com/Excel/Charts/BrokenYAxis.html

Another way, put the scales in different layers and leave out the separating
lines:
