Default Help coping formulas

When I hit Paste Special in workbook B, the Formula option does not appear.
What appears is a menu that shows:

Paste As:
Microsoft Office Excel Worksheet Object
Picture (Enhanced Metafile)
Bitmap
Etc.
Etc.

From Paste Special select Formulas / OK.

Please hit Yes if my comments have helped.

(My first version works OK for me).

Thanks.

That does not work. I can copy from workbook A. When I go to paste in
workbook A and hit Paste, I do not get the Formulas option, only the Past
Special option.

Any other suggestions?

Thank you

1. I have 2 Workbooks set up.

2. In the first workbook in cell C 22 I have the following formula:-

=(A22+B22)

To copy the above formula to cell C 22 of the second Workbook:-

- Ctrl-C in cell C 22 of Workbook 1

3. Now I click in cell C 22 (for example) of Workbook 2 then:-

Home / Paste / Formulas

The above should give you what you want.

If my comments have helped please hit Yes.

Thanks.

Suggestions please.
