Default Turning off a "Template Help" pop up?

Click on Help

Click "Online Content Settings"

Uncheck "Show Template help etc."

A while back I downloaded a scheduling template for Excel 2003 from
Microsoft’s website. In the process of downloaded it, I remember a fateful
pop up box that asked something like “do you want to use template help with
this”. Not thinking clearly I hit “yes” and ever since have been greeted
each time I open the file with a friendly pop up labeled “Template Help”. At
the bottom of the pop up it has a “Rate this template” option. Please does
anyone know how to get this to go away? I’ve tried everything I can think of
and have looked everywhere I know to look. I’ve even rated it three times
hoping it will go away!

Thank you!
