Hi,
I have 2 columns of data.
Both Columns can contain duplicates
How can I find duplicates in both columns.

A B
1 Car Toy
2 Ball Toy
3 Bed Bar
4 Car Toy
5 Ball Bar

A1, B1, A4 & B4 should be hi-lited with Conditional Formating
