I want to enter a formula that draws totals from another spreadsheet (which I
can do, so far). Now the tricky part, I don't want it to enter that number
until a specific date. Ex. 2008/2009 2nd Quarter total does not show up in
the new spreadsheet until the end of the 2009/2010 - 2nd Quarter (Sept 30 or
Oct 1).
