Default Excel2007 - major problems

Hi, I have been using excel every day for more than 10 years - excel has
always been the same, but i have recently changed company and they use the
latest version. I'm pretty handy with shortcuts, macros etc, but the new
version has made me look like a COMPLETE IDIOT in my new job. It took nearly
20mins to find out how to print something. In the menu bar, where oh where is
the forms menu with macro button, why does ctrl+i no longer insert things. It
now takes me twice as long to get things done as i love using short cuts and
hate the mouse. Is there a way to restore excel 2003 functionality and menus
with the new version as after two weeks, i absolutely cannot deal with the
stupid new menu set-up - please let there be a way!!!!!!!!!
