My function is written in Swedish so I hope my translation is ok.
Function:

ConsultantName is of course changed for each column to the actual name of
the consultant.
(The "ISTEXT"-part makes it possible to sumarize how many days each
consultant is booked over the year...)

only return the data that matches the first hit, which is Lehman...
How can I make the function return all matches...? What am I missing
here :)
