Can anyone tell me where I can find instructions for how to create a
horizontal bullet graph that does not involve a paste picture link? I pasted
some great links below for vertical bullet graphs. The 2nd link includes
instructions on how to make them horizontal with the paste picture link
command.

According to the first link I can follow the same instructions with one
exception to create a horizontal bullet graph but for some reason I couldnt
get it to work.
