I am using Office 2007. When I try to open an Excel file outside of Excel
(Outlook, Windows Explorer,etc.), I get an error message stating that the
file cannot be found. It doesn't matter whether I saved a file on my hard
drive or the file was sent to me via email. I can only open Excel files
within Excel.
