Default Place holder text

Is it possible to enter place holder text that looks kind of like a
greyed-out watermark? For instance in one cell the user needs to enter the
name of a person. But there aren't any titles or field headers on this
spreadsheet, because this spreadsheet will be printed on a pre-printed
hardcopy that already has the word/title "NAME" printed on it. So I am trying
to give the user a clue as to what goes in each field, but I don't want that
clue printed out when the document is printed. Any ideas/suggestions on how
to accomplish this goal?
