Default How do I get a line under my number that is just 1 char more?

If your number is a real number, you can't do what you want. However, if you
don't mind your number being text, then format the cell it is in as Text,
add a space after the number and then underline the number plus the space
you added after it.

I would like to have an underline under my number that is just one
character
more than the number. If I use the underline feature, it only underlines
the
number and if I use the border feature, the whole cell is underlined.
