Default Setting Preferences for Multiple Worksheets

You can open a new workbook and delete all but one sheet. Customize as
you wish then save this as SHEET.XLT in XLSTART folder. It now becomes
the default InsertSheet...................for all workbooks.

More can be found on this in Help under "templates"(no quotes).

there's got to be a way to format one worksheet and have that same format be
reflected in additional worksheets as they are created. no macros, no
programming, no special tricks. just make it happen. So the cell formats,
colors, watermarks, fonts, etc. become part of the entire workbook.
