Default Positioning a drawn line shape on a chart

Well, you could show him the nudge controls on the drawing toolbar. But a
better approach to draw a straight line on a chart is to use a data series
which can be positioned exactly according to value:

Hello - I have a user who is visually indicating a separation in data on
his
chart by drawing a line from the category axis to the top of the plot
area.
He is using one of the tick markers on the category axis as his start
point.
The question is this:

If he is off the tick marker a little, is there a way to nudge the line
into
position, or is manually dragging the only way to move the line?

For example, drawn objects can be nudged into position using the arrow
keys
on the keyboard, or CTRL with the arrow to nudge in even smaller
increments.
When the drawn object is on a chart, however, using the arrow keys just
moves
you between other areas of the chart. It won't nudge the drawn object.

Thanks for any suggestions!
