Perhaps this would also work as well ..
Press CTRL+A to select the entire sheet
(the initial selection step is important in CF)
Click Fornat Conditional Formatting
Under Condition1
Formula Is | =$F1=1
(note the "$" sign above)
Click Format Patterns tab Gray? OK
Click OK at the main dialog
Now test it out by inputting 1's within any/several cells in col F,
and the entire row(s) will be filled gray ..
