Nevermind, I figured it out :)

Used the following:

=IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(A3,PbyPQ3!$A:$S,14,FALSE)),0,VLOO KUP(A3,PbyPQ3!$A:$S,14,FALSE)/60)
