simple enough.
For water we need the molecular weights of the elements and there are plenty
of tables on the net for this including this one:-

Water is 2 part H and 1 part O so enter the molecular weight for each in a
cell and add them up:
2*H = 2*
1*O = 15.9994
so A1=1.00794
A2= 1.00794
A3= 15.995
A4=sum(a1:a3) =18.01528
So 1 mol of water equals 18.01528 gms
