I think you might be after Trace Dependants.

Select the cell and Press F2 (Edit Key) To show dependant cells.
Alternatively:
Select cell(s) with formulas, choose Tools,Auditing, Trace Dependants.

The VB syntax would be

Selection.ShowPrecedents
