Hi KC

Try this

1) Close Excel

2) Clear all files and folders in the Temp folder

StartRun
Enter %temp%
OK

Select every folder/file in this folder and delete them

3) Then open Excel

Run Office Diagnostics.
Office ButtonExcel Options...Resources
