If the column already contains the text "Company Name" at the start of
each cell, you can use EditReplace to remove it (Replace "Company Name"
with nothing)

Then, select the column
Choose FormatCells
On the Number tab, select the Custom Category
In the text box, type: "Company Name: "@
Click OK

When you enter data in the column, it will be preceded by "Company Name:"
